At MOLEO, we proudly serve motorcycle enthusiasts around the world. Please review the following guidelines before placing your international order.


International Shipping Terms & Conditions

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). For accurate conversion, we recommend using a reliable Currency Converter.

Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.

We cannot mark international packages as “gifts” or alter product values on packing slips—this violates customs regulations.

Items Not Eligible for International Shipping

Certain items are not eligible for international shipping due to size, weight, or restrictions on hazardous materials. These include, but are not limited to: 

  • Batteries
  • Oversized luggage
  • Tires

Fragile or easily damaged items

If your selected item is ineligible for international delivery, a notification will appear at checkout.

Fitment Notice

All parts and accessories listed on our website are referenced against U.S./EU domestic models. Compatibility with motorcycles outside these markets, especially for electrical components - is not guaranteed. Please verify specifications before ordering.

Special Note for Customers in China

If you are visiting China or have a friend or contact within China, we offer local delivery to a designated address for collection.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 additional business days for processing international orders. Our standard Shipping Policies, including availability and lead times, still apply.

Returns & Exchanges (International Orders)

You are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges, including brokerage fees.

Clearly mark your return package as a "Merchandise Return" to avoid unnecessary duties and delays.

Do not use carriers that charge brokerage fees to MOLEO. Any COD or fee-incurring packages will be rejected.

All conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy apply to international returns.


Warranty Claims

For warranty issues, please contact our Customer Service.

International warranty items may require return shipment to China for inspection, repair, or replacement.

All shipping costs (both ways) for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
