Return Eligibility & Process

Prior approval is required for all returns.
Please email our support team at support@xmcycle.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA). No returns will be accepted without one.

RA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of your return package.

Returned items must be brand-new, unused, and unaltered, with all original packaging and tags.

Restocking fees may apply to all returned merchandise.

30-Day Return Window

Not satisfied with your item? You may return new, unused, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Returns will not be accepted for:
  • Clearance or discontinued items
  • Special orders

Any purchase made after 30 days

Restocking fees may apply to all returned merchandise.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, we’ll make it right:

  • Incorrect items: We will promptly ship a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Damaged items: Please report any damage as soon as possible and retain the original packaging. If possible, take photos for faster claims processing.

We’ll assist you in filing a shipping claim with FedEx, USPS, or other carriers. Note that this process may take longer than expected, so your patience is appreciated.

Warranty Returns

MOLEO products are backed by a 1-year warranty against non-human-induced damage.

  • Contact us to begin the warranty process.
  • Processing time may range from 4 to 8 weeks and is subject to case-by-case approval.

Refused Shipments

  • Full shipping charges apply to all refused or unaccepted deliveries.
  • Refunds will be issued minus the shipping costs once the item is returned to our warehouse.

Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 1–3 business days), your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds may take 2–10 additional business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
